How does VIVIE work?
Choose the treatment or bundle that fits your goals, create your account, and complete a short medical intake. A licensed provider reviews your information and, if clinically appropriate, issues your prescription. Your treatment is then fulfilled and shipped directly by a licensed pharmacy.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Prescription treatments available through VIVIE require review and approval by a licensed healthcare provider. Completing the intake or selecting a treatment does not guarantee a prescription.
What if a provider decides a treatment isn’t right for me?
Your provider will only prescribe a treatment they determine is medically appropriate for you. If your selected treatment isn’t a good fit, they may recommend another option, request additional information, or advise you on next steps.
If your treatment is not approved, you will not be charged. Any payment authorization placed on hold will be released back to your account.
Can I talk to a medical provider?
Yes. You have access to your provider through secure doctor chat in your patient portal.
How quickly will I feel a difference?
It depends on the treatment and your individual response. Some people may notice changes sooner than others, while certain treatments may take more time and consistent use.
Is my information private?

Yes. You can request to cancel or change your treatment through your patient portal or by contacting us.
Treatment changes require provider approval. Once a prescription has entered pharmacy fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that the current order can be changed, canceled, or refunded.
