Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Prescription treatments available through VIVIE require review and approval by a licensed healthcare provider. Completing the intake or selecting a treatment does not guarantee a prescription.
What if a provider decides a treatment isn’t right for me?
Your provider will only prescribe a treatment they determine is medically appropriate for you. If your selected treatment isn’t a good fit, they may recommend another option, request additional information, or advise you on next steps.
If your treatment is not approved, you will not be charged. Any payment authorization placed on hold will be released back to your account.
Can I talk to a medical provider?
Yes. You have access to your provider through secure doctor chat in your patient portal.
