Medical eligibility determinations, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment decisions are made by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals and not by VIVIE's non-clinical personnel.
Information necessary to provide healthcare services may be disclosed to Wasef Health and its healthcare professionals in connection with your requested care.
Healthcare providers may be subject to separate legal obligations and may provide you with their own Notice of Privacy Practices.
6. Pharmacies and Healthcare Partners
Where you are prescribed medication, information necessary to process and fulfill your prescription may be provided to licensed pharmacy partners.
We may also disclose appropriate information to laboratories, healthcare providers, fulfillment partners, and other organizations involved in providing healthcare services you request.
